We want every RORA parcel to arrive safely and match what you ordered. If something is damaged, incorrect, missing, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and help.

When to contact us

Please message us quickly after delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product, size, color, or variant.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your parcel is missing an item.
  • The product does not match the confirmed order details.

To help us review the issue, please share your order details, phone number, clear photos or video of the product and packaging, and a short description of the problem.

Kids product hygiene and safety

For hygiene and child safety, opened or used personal-care, baby-care, skincare, hair-care, bath, body, feeding, or similar items may not be returnable unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Please check product labels, ingredients, age suitability, and usage instructions before use, especially for skincare, shampoo, lotion, or baby-care products.

Pre-order items

Some RORA items are sourced as pre-orders. Before processing a pre-order, our team may confirm product details, expected timing, payment/deposit status, and delivery information by phone or chat. If a pre-order item arrives damaged, incorrect, or unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the practical next step.
