Shipping & Delivery
RORA Kids Shop delivers baby and kids products across supported locations in Bangladesh, with a special focus on Dhaka customers. Orders are packed from Dhaka and shipped through our courier process.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team may confirm your name, phone number, delivery address, product availability, delivery charge, and payment method by phone or chat. Please keep your phone number active so we can process your order smoothly.
In-stock and pre-order items
Some products are available in stock, while some are pre-order items that we source manually before shipping. Pre-order products will show the pre-order note on the product page, such as: Pre-Order (Estimated delivery time within 4-6 weeks).
If your order includes a pre-order item, delivery may take longer than an in-stock item. We will confirm the expected timeline with you before moving the order forward.
Delivery charges
Current launch delivery guide:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
- Dhaka Sub-Urb: BDT 120
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 150
Final delivery cost may be confirmed during order confirmation if the order, address, courier coverage, or product type needs special handling.
Courier updates
Once your item is ready, we pack it carefully and hand it over for courier delivery. RORA delivers through courier partners such as Steadfast, depending on the order, delivery area, and available service at the time of dispatch. Delivery time can vary by location, courier schedule, holidays, weather, and customer availability.
