How shopping with us works
Some RORA products are available in stock, and some are offered as pre-order items. For pre-order products, the product page will show the expected pre-order note, such as: Pre-Order (Estimated delivery time within 30 days).
After you place an order or pre-order, our team may confirm the details by phone or chat before processing. This helps us confirm product availability, delivery address, delivery charge, and payment method clearly before your order moves forward.
Payments and support
At launch, we support Cash on Delivery and manual bKash payment entry. If any payment or deposit is needed for a pre-order, our team will confirm the details with you before processing.
